Zrće Beach is situated in the northwestern part of the Pag Bay, some 2 kilometers away from Novalja. It is 1500 metres long and 100 metres wide and completely covered with pebbles. Owing to this specific feature, clear sea, pine wood, rocky landscape of the island of Pag and view of the blueness of Velebit, it is surely one of the best Adriatic beaches.


At the beach and in the sea visitors can enjoy a rich and varied programme of recreational activities and sports, such as jet-skiing, banana boats, towable ski tubes, bungee jumping, etc. If you want to enjoy water skiing, visit one of the newest and most modern water ski lifts in Europe. This 600-metre-long cableway, averagely 10 metres high, will provide you a special water skiing and wakeboarding experience.



Younger visitors have fun all day long till late into the night in popular and very attractive disco clubs Kalypso, Aquarius, Papaya, Noa and Pepermint. These clubs, Papaya in particular, offer a variety of entertainment programmes to the satisfaction of their visitors and often host very popular performers belonging to different music styles, such as Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Avicii, Sven Vath, Hardwell, Paul Van Dyk, Swedish House Mafia


From the very beginning of its development as a tourist destination, Novalja has been taking special care of the provision of leisure activities for young people. The interest of young people for this destination increased in the late 80s, when disco clubs from Novalja were moved to Zrće Beach. In the recent years it has become one of the main summer entertainment destinations for young people, both in Croatia and in Europe.
