Activity description
The excursion starts at 10:00 from the main harbour in the town of Pag. After boarding, the boat sets off on a cruise through the Bay of Pag, where guests can enjoy unique coastal scenery and the untouched natural beauty of the area.
The journey continues towards Caska, an ancient settlement whose remains are now located beneath the sea. During this part of the excursion, a sandwich included in the price is served on board.
Next, we arrive in Metajna, the first stop of the excursion. Metajna is a small fishing village located in the heart of the Bay of Pag, where guests have approximately one and a half hours of free time to disembark and explore the nearby beaches and natural surroundings.
After the break, guests return to the boat for a lunch included in the price. The meal consists of grilled fish and chicken, served with fries and coleslaw.
After lunch, the relaxed cruise continues towards the next stop – the beautiful and exclusive Beriknica Beach, accessible only by sea. Here, guests have around 40 minutes of free time to swim and enjoy the crystal-clear sea and the impressive mountain landscape.
The cruise then continues towards Gaće Cave, hidden among the rocks. For more adventurous guests, an optional guided cave visit is organised. Reaching the entrance requires swimming, therefore good swimming skills are essential. The cave is almost 100 metres long – you enter on one side and exit on the other. The first part is walked, while the second part is swum through a narrow passage between the rocks.
After the final stop, the cruise continues along the coastline of the bay, where guests can enjoy views of numerous pristine and hidden beaches, many of which are accessible only from the sea. After a short ride, the excursion concludes with a return to the town of Pag at approximately 17:00.
